One significant difference between It’s On Me! and other services is that we don’t force you to discount. However, we do give you options to make the most of the connections you have with your customers and to amplify the value you offer. In order to do that, we have created promo options that you can take advantage of.
The Promo Options
Give one, Get one (GOGO)
Gogo allows you to promote your retail pricing while still rewarding purchases or creating incentives. By offering something of value to the gifter/purchaser, you make it more attractive. The “get one” can either be the same item being purchased or a different one, and that may be a private item as well.
Bundles
Sometimes you want your customers to redeem a collection of items all at the same time. The item wording should cover that. Other times, though, it makes sense for the recipient to be able to split the items into separate redemptions (or perhaps you enforce that by “not valid with…” rules). You do however want to demonstrate value (and perhaps discounting by lowering the sale price of the bundle). Bundles may be comprised of any number of items and any mix of public and private items.
Product of the Month
This option is flexible in terms of how long it runs, and whether the item is different each period or the same. It is modeled after the “fruit of the month” or “wine of the month” type gifts. The primary difference between “bundles” and “product of the month” is that the coupons for “potm” are not delivered until the correct time period, where the “bundles” coupons are all delivered immediately.
